Pricing

Priced on volume, never on seats

Charging per user pushes finance teams to share logins, which destroys the audit trail we spend the rest of our time protecting. So every plan has unlimited users, and the meter runs on matched lines — a number you can predict from last month.

Work it out

What the time is worth, using your numbers

Every input below is yours to change, including our assumptions. The model counts analyst hours only — it does not try to price the breaks you find that were previously invisible.

Questions

The ones procurement always asks

If yours is not here, ask it directly — we would rather answer it before a call than during one.

What counts as a matched line?
Every record that enters the engine and comes out with a status — one ledger entry or one statement line. A batch of forty payouts matched to one bank debit counts as forty-one lines, not one. We would rather the number be boring and predictable than flattering.
What happens if we go over the volume on our plan?
Nothing breaks and nothing stops. You are billed for an additional block at the same rate as your plan, and we contact you if it happens twice in a row so we can move you to the tier that is actually cheaper.
Is there a per-seat cost?
No. Reconciliation is a team sport and charging per seat pushes people to share logins, which destroys the audit trail we spend the rest of our time protecting.
Do we need to change our ledger or our bank formats?
No. The format engine takes files as they arrive today. If we cannot parse something you receive, we build the parser and it becomes part of the platform — there is no separate charge for a format.
How does implementation actually work?
You send one real day of data. We configure sources, tolerances and your chart of accounts against it, then run in parallel with your existing process for as long as you want. Nothing switches over until the two agree and you are the one who decides they do.
Can we run historical periods through it?
Yes, and most teams do — it is the fastest way to find breaks that have been carried forward. Backfill of prior periods is priced separately because it is a bounded piece of work rather than an ongoing cost.
What are the contract terms?
Annual, billed annually or monthly. Annual billing is the equivalent of two months free. There is no auto-escalator, and the price on your order form is the price at renewal unless your volume tier changes.
Where is our data processed?
In the EU, in a single region, with no cross-border processing. Enterprise customers can have a single-tenant deployment or run inside their own VPC. Details are on the security page.

Not sure which plan fits?

Tell us your monthly line count and how many sources you run. We will tell you the plan and, if Core is enough, we will say so.
